This may seem obvious, but a top tip if you’re trying to sell your house would be to make it look somewhat neat. Before you start, clear away anything in the room that isn’t aesthetically pleasing. If there are tenants in the property at the time, tidy up and remove their personal items, especially their own photographs. Maybe add more objects to increase the appeal of your property..flowers for a nice homey feel?
2. ECCENTRIC DESIGN DECISIONS

Although it may look ‘stylish’ in your eyes, those renting your property like to visualise themselves in it, not you.
3.PORTRAIT

Landscape pictures are better than portrait. You can fit more into the picture and the width will give the impression of space.
4. MIRRORS

When taking a shot, stand well clear from any mirrors hanging from the walls so as to not include yourself in the photo, unless you’re up for rent too. If you think a photograph of you taking a photograph is a good idea then make sure to wear an appropriate amount of clothing…
5. FILTERS
FILTER

Maybe add a little ‘auto enhance’ and perhaps fiddle around with ‘exposure’ and ‘contrast’ but don’t go crazy on the filters. Too many of us have Instagram these days, so your tactic will instantly be obvious.
